Our Policies

1. Reservation Policy: Require clients to make reservations for all services at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.


2. Cancellation Policy: Implement a cancellation policy where clients must cancel their reservation at least one week in advance to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within the week of the event may incur a cancellation fee.


3. Payment Policy: Require a deposit upon reservation, with the remaining balance due one week before the event. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or online transfer.


4. Table and Chair Rental Policy: Provide clear guidelines on the rental period, delivery, and pickup of tables and chairs. Clients should be responsible for any damages or missing items.


5. Hall Decoration Policy: Offer various decoration packages with options for customization. Ensure that decorations are set up and removed within the agreed-upon time frame.


6. Catering Policy: Offer a diverse menu with options for different dietary preferences. Clients should confirm the final guest count at least one week before the event to ensure adequate food preparation.


7. In-Home Event Decoration Policy: Provide in-home decoration services with a consultation to understand the client's vision. Clients should ensure that the venue is ready for decoration upon the decorator's arrival.


8. Equipment Rental Policy: Offer a range of equipment for rent, such as sound systems, lighting, and projectors. Clients should be responsible for the proper use and return of rented equipment.


9. Liability Policy: Have clients sign a liability waiver acknowledging that they are responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the event.


10. Customer Service Policy: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning process.


11. Health and Safety Policy: Adhere to health and safety regulations when handling food, setting up decorations, and operating equipment to ensure the well-being of clients and guests.

12. Privacy Policy: Respect client privacy by safeguarding their personal information and only using it for event planning purposes.
