Our Policies
1. Reservation Policy: Require clients to make inquiry for all services at least (6) months prior to the event date to ensure availability and allow for proper planning and execution.
2. Privacy Policy: Respect client privacy by safeguarding their personal information and only using it for event planning purposes.
3. Customer Service Policy: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning process.
4. Payment Policy: Require a deposit of $500 for occasions $2000 dollars or less, $2000 or more will require a deposit of 25% of total cost, with the remaining balance due (4) weeks before the event. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or online transfer.
5. Catering Policy: Offer a diverse menu with options for different dietary preferences. Clients should confirm the final guest count at least two weeks before the event to ensure adequate food preparation.
6. In-Home Event Decoration Policy: Provide in-home decoration services with a consultation to understand the client's vision. Clients should ensure that the home is ready for decoration upon the decorator's arrival.
7. Table and Chair Cover Rental Policy: Provide clear guidelines on the rental period, delivery, and pickup of table and chair covers. Clients will be responsible for any damages or missing items.
8. Equipment Rental Policy: Offer a range of equipment for rent, such as sound systems, lighting, Party Jumps Movie Screen and projectors. Clients will be responsible for the proper use and return of rented equipment. Clients will be responsible for any damages or missing items.
9. Health and Safety Policy: Adhere to health and safety regulations when handling food, setting up decorations, and operating equipment to ensure the well-being of clients and guests.
10. Liability Policy: Have clients sign a liability waiver acknowledging that they are responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the event.
11. Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel their reservation at least thirty days in advance to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within the thirty days of the event may incur a cancellation fee.
